DCC Charter is not just a transfer service. I recently had a hip operation and used Darren’s services to take me to hospital and collect me when I needed to go home. But! I had to return to the ED and when I Was unsure when I would get out I spoke with Darren and he gave me Jim’s number over the next 4hrs when friends couldn’t/wouldn’t help me with transport home I communicated with Jim from the ED dept trying to pin point a time when I could go home. Finally decided I couldn’t but next day. I contacted Jim and we worked out an approx time to collect me. With in half an hr he was there. Took me home helped me inside. I have never been more grateful for someone in my life. Now I still can’t drive and need to see my surgeon and so desperately want to see my horse. So Darren has organised a trip for me to do the things I want but if my expectations out do my capability he will adjust the cost. If you want a company that is reliable cares, I mean really cares not just lip service have gorgoeus, Comfortable cars and kind and thoughtful people DCC Charters are the company to use.
